I am still waiting on a call back to repair my flooring. Baseboard separating from wall, quarter round separating from baseboard, torn baseboard glued and not sanded/painted, gaping issue with laminate has created a bubble in the floor that won't lay down, etc. Have filed complaints with three agencies.
The best install job and customer service! So happy with our new floors. I will never go anywhere else!
