After my initial review, the company came back out and corrected the issue exactly how I had requested. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to make it right.

I wanted to get a video of my air ducts to see where the connection had failed or if I needed to get them cleaned due to no air flow. They checked about five of the 12 plus vents we have in the home and then billed me $200 to tell me simply that they weren't connected but they couldn't tell me where. I got no additional information that would not recommend the service to find flaws in the ventilation system. The crew showed up early and seem nice.
