As promised, my review, and yes, DCS who contracts this company has been contacted. The upper management of Superior Caregivers (up to director of Human Resources at least, as I have yet to locate an email address for Tiffany Kremling COO or Gentry Allen CEO) are a joke. They say "trained staff" and then don't train them, they talk to house managers and DSP's as if they are a lesser being than them because they don’t have “two degrees” and tell them that they "should be grateful for $44,500 a year because we had to fight for... read more
Unprofessional company. You can email me for further information, and once a complete separation from this company takes place and there will be no opportunity for the work environment to become more hostile than it already is, I will update my review with the pertinent information. But just look at Matthew Hurst's review, it is spot on.
They do not care about their emplotees or the children
