We used Superior Care Plus for my mother after a quite extensive hospital stay and multiple procedures. She required skilled nursing services, as well as therapy. The nursing care and therapy provided to address her medical and physical needs, was excellent. The icing on the cake is that, what they also provided her was emotional support and encouragement, that almost meant more to us than anything. I have been a house call / post acute provider for 24 years and Superior Care Plus is truly one of the best skilled nursing and physical therapy companies I have worked with. If you or your loved one wants to improve their health and well-being, this is the agency to call. They are able to manage highly complex patients and these patients have great outcomes. If my family needed skilled nursing or therapy, I be would thrilled to have Superior Care Plus involved. I recommend them highly.

I was not pleased with how unprofessional the managing staff was in informing me they would no longer provide skilled nursing care to my husband. I got a few different stories from a few different people as to the reason (nurses and managers.) Some of the reasons given didn't make sense as they had provided those very services for 3 weeks prior without complaint. Obviously someone is being disingenuous and I don't appreciate being jerked around. I would not recommend this agency.

I will give 2 stars, because a very small number of the staff are amazing. The director is very kind and helpful. But overall, staff turnaround and consistency is nonexistent. Three times while I was there, my mother was never taken to meals. And that was only the times I was there. They didn't check on her consistently, and often forgot to take her to activities she requested to attend. Some of the staff were flat out rude.
