The communication here is top-notch. Daniel was great to work with, and they let me review the contract and warranty beforehand. When the technician ran late from a previous job, customer service kept me informed of their location and asked if I wanted to wait or reschedule. The installation itself was very professional and left my kitchen spotless. I had a great experience with this company. They are very affordable while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. Daniel stood out for his excellent customer service—he was attentive, responsive, and very accommodating to our needs. Gerry was also very professional and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. 5 stars! My furnace broke down and this company came to help right away. Alvin was amazing—he was super knowledgeable, explained everything about my new furnace in detail, and gave me lots of useful tips on maintenance and how to take care of it properly. He was friendly, patient, and professional the whole time. Great service, fair price, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

We are renovating our house and needed to replace our hot water tank. The place is like a war zone and after installation we needed some extra TLC to get it just right. Alvin came in, assessed and very professionally was able to help us out. From Kinsey who helped me on the phone to Alvin and his helpers, I now understand what all the 5 star ratings are about. Very good experience with Superior Care. They came to my home and did the testing that was necessary on my air conditioner. They were communicating with me the entire time, telling me what they were doing and what to expect. They were able to quickly find the problem and propose a solution. Luckly they had the parts available with them and were able to fix it and leave the house with the AC working properly. very good experience, I would recommend.
