My 25 years old furnace was replaced by a brand new Lennox EL297UH070XV36B-02. Thank you Alvin & Mincong for the excellent job in replacing, installing & testing/running the new furnace plus setting up Ecobee Thermometer plus tutorial how to operate it. Both of you are very professional. Thank you Arthur for coming to our house to see our old furnace and gave me the price breakdown and answered all the informations i want to know. Alvin was amazing—he was super knowledgeable, explained everything about my new furnace in detail, and gave me lots of useful tips on maintenance and how to take care of it properly. We are renovating our house and needed to replace our hot water tank. The place is like a war zone and after installation we needed some extra TLC to get it just right. Was having a problem with Aprilaire furnace humidifier, after contacting 3 different hvac contractors, 2 never showed up, one tech came and had no idea how to solve problem. Superior Care answered my request on Homestars and sent very good tech. Mincong. He rewired humidistat control to furnace and contacted tech. support to ask for assistance, humidifier now operating correctly, very good customer service, will definitely contact them again for all hvac.calls. Very happy!
I am very delighted with the service that Superior Care Home Services has provided. Alvin and his teammate thoughtfully called me before they arrived on the service day. They didn't rush to finish the job; instead, they thoroughly and carefully checked out my furnace system. They gave me many suggestions and answered my every question. They are very professional and polite. I am looking forward to seeing them again when the A/C checkup time comes in the spring of next year!
