they don't wash to good and dry

Horrible experience with my Porsche Macan. They cleaned the outside good but the front mats were soaked and they completely did not wash or vacuum the back tailgate and cargo area . This is for the supreme plus wash!!!!! They also took way too much time almost 45 mins.
Top notch service In and out in 20 minutes
I'm always happy with the job they do! I usually get the full package, including shampoo. It looks and feels brand new again.
What a disappointment! When I seen my receipt for $18 I didn't mind because I figured they would do a superior job! Not at all! Calling to get a refund now.
