Never had any issues. Always shows up when I am told they will when delivering the gas to my house. Always very nice customer service.
Front of store attendant is extremely rude. Told me over the phone what I was doing (swapping from a 100 gallon tank to a smaller more efficient one) was illegal and that she would not help or answers my questions at all. Even after trying to explain what I was looking for (a different size hose) she refused to answer any of my questions.
Website states y'all are open till 8pm and I'm here at 650pm and locked up tighter then anything. Need to change y'alls time on the website.
We bought a propane heater and they refused to service the heater and honor the warranty because we dont buy propane from them. They lied when I reported them to BBB by claiming they knew nothing about our heater issue. Go elsewhere.
I attempted to enter the lobby to browse the selection of stoves they offer. The front door was locked so gestured to the saleswoman behind the counter what time were they open. She summarily shook her head then ignored me. Once i realized she wasn't going to come answer my question I decided to call the store number. She picked up the call and told me that they had a side door and that she had no idea what I'd been trying to ask.
