I ordered custom prefabricated gable end accent trusses for my house build. I worked with Elissa during the ordering process. I sent over my AutoCAD details and we placed the order price $2,469 and when my order was shipped 8 weeks later they came in a small box in hollow square tubing pieces. They were to be prefabricated. Not only did they come in pieces there where no instructions on how to put them together.
