Ripped Off! Superior Builders will not stand by their warranty. When I brought up issues, they stated that it was the subcontractors fault and would discuss with the subcontractor. From that point on they have ignored and avoided my calls. My contract was with Superior and as the general contractor are responsible for the (lack of) quality work done by the subcontractor they hire. Why should a customer have to deal with this?
