This was my first stop for looking at wedding dresses and as someone who is not overly excited putting on a dress to begin with, Carlo was the MOST amazing person to help guide me through this amazingly memorable experience. Not only did we try on so many different styles, but Carlo was able to help me really envision my day, the feels, and ultimately lead me to say yes to the dress. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! Everyone!! Take it from me, a girl who went to A LOT of bridal stores in the GTA… you won’t need to look any further once you step into Superior Bridal. Their collection of dresses is just *chef’s kiss*… not to mention how wonderful the staff are. Especially, CARLO, who was my bridal stylist. I had an amazing experience at Superior Bridal. It was the second bridal store I visited and I was able to find my wedding dress here thanks to Carlo. He was so attentive and amazing at helping me find my dream dress! He also answered any questions that my family and I had throughout the process and was so patient - you could tell that he is an expert at what he does! I would highly recommend Carlo and Superior Bridal to anyone looking for their dream dress here!
Angela was very condescending and her attitude made my family feel uncomfortable throughout our fitting. Seemed like the store had a good selection but she seemed too frustrated to help anyways telling me I shouldve looked on instagram before visiting. Wouldve loved to come back but the thought of having her to help was dreadful LOL. Found my dress elsewhere.
Carlo was absolutely incredible to work with. I went in with just one gown in mind and asked for his opinion on something similar but a little more spicy. Without hesitation, he pulled exactly what I needed to try on. His eye for detail and understanding of what works on a bride’s body is unmatched. You can tell immediately that he is an expert at what he does. I If you’re a bride, I highly recommend trusting Carlo’s advice. He truly knows how to elevate your vision
