I bought a boat there back in April and I have taken it back numerous times for the exact same problems and when I mention when there are specific problems with the motor it falls on deaf ears. My boat has been at their shop for 8 months and now I am forced to bring it back home, due very poor leadership and communication skills throughout the entire staff I have lost my $5,500 investment. Horrible experience! We purchased a boat from Superior. Thanks to them, our rebuilt motor with only 127 hours on it is shot. They act like they know what's going on... come to find out, they put a car water pump on our boat! That is only the begining.
