Husband ordered flowers from Ruth’s roses for what ever reason this company was contacted to make the arrangement and deliver. 1) the arrangement was not delivered in the time agreed upon 2) husband ordered a deluxe arrangement higher cost larger arrangement, what he picked was not even close to being sent to a store. They just filled a Florists.com order for me. It was tiny and looked NOTHING like the large bouquet I ordered. Don't use them.

We were highly disappointed. We ordered a large floor basket and we received a small clear vase with a Walmart $14.97 arrangement. We spend $149.99 for the arrangements. We drove by the address listed for Superior Bloom and found it just to be a home not a business.

Looked out my front door to see a glass vase with flowers sitting on the edge of my fence at the sidewalk. Disappointedly it was not my ultra-shy secret admirer losing their courage and leaving their finely crafted note and flower arrangement, but an amateur arrangement and a generic note identifying the perpetrators of this florid failure.

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a very nice arrangement (Photo 1) and received an arrangement that looks like a 5 & 6 year old child put it together (Photo 2). I've made several calls to the customer service number and have be unsuccessful. The recipient of these flowers literally laughed and said it looks like someone went down to the local grocery store, bought some flowers and threw them in a vase.
