I had a great experience here went in to get a warranty done on my tire and they helped me get it done. The warranty that I paid for was trying to not pay for the tire but they got me setup and rolling again and fought for me to get what needed to be done accomplished. They are very nice people and saved me an arm and a leg and I am very thankful for them helping me out never had a great customer experience like I did here. So waiting on an important phone call, and because my Facebook notifications keep going off, you're rude and ask me to turn my phone on silent because you're "trying to make a call". Y'all have an office for that. Use it. Don't use the CUSTOMER WAITING AREA. And if you don't want phones on sound, put a sign up. And then keep giving my kid nasty looks because she is 2 and exploring around (not messing with anything, just looking). One rude person can really make a good place seem like a bad one. Very unprofessional!
