I took my BMW here because the BMW shop tech couldn’t answer some basic questions I had regarding my vehicle and the quote was insane. So Elliott got my 2002 BMW in quick, and in one day had it ready to go. He also used an aftermarket radiator instead of a BMW brand one and it saved me a lot on the bill. There’s not a lot of places that have great customer service, that personable feel, and have honesty and ethics. One of the great gems left around anchorage.

During a very busy time, tire season, Elliot took the time to help get me back on the road. They did quality work, taking the time to do the task right.
They were able to get me in the day after I called, and had my car problems figured out and fixed within the same day. Being without a vehicle is stressful so I appreciate them being so helpful and punctual with the repair. They even gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was still going well! Thanks Elliott, hopefully I don’t need anymore work done, but if I do I’ll be back!
