Best shop around they do best work on my car I always go to them for years they took care of me I got stuck and they came at 2 am picked up my car the next day was fixed and very good price the car it’s better then before

Like many others have mentioned. This towing company is a scam run by thugs. You can be legally parked and step away for 5-10 minutes and they will tow you. Even if you are shopping at the very same plaza. It’s clearly a money grab they use intimidation tactics are well are try to extort you. This company and it’s tow truck drivers should be reported to the authorities. Do not shop at this plaza in Paterson and report this company to the authorities as well as state government for fraud and extortion.

Worst experience ever — complete scam! I came to Plaza First to grab some food and parked in the lot right there. After that, I walked just two stores down to quickly pick up one more thing. I was gone for maybe 10 minutes max. When I came back, I saw my car already being towed! This is nothing but a money grab. I had a terrible experience with [Company Name]. My car was towed without any notice, from a legal parking spot. When I called to get more information, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and gave inconsistent answers. They charged me an outrageous fee ($[amount]) and only accepted cash, which is a major red flag.
