SCAM SCAM SCAM! i wish i could give them zero stars. this is the worst towing company ull every find. towed my car within 15 mins from plaza in paterson and charged me $280 for 0.5 mile, charged me storage evwn though i got it released in 5mins after tow charged me for late release fee which makes no sense as well. stay away from this plaza, dnt every get your cars tow from this company discourage them by not giving them any business. they looting people.
I was parked for under five minutes when my car was immediately towed. I stopped the driver and asked to resolve the issue on the spot by paying, but he ignored me and continued anyway. I was then forced to pay $280 with added fees that were completely unnecessary. This is clearly predatory behavior and feels like a scam rather than legitimate enforcement.
