One of the salespeople, Micah I think her name was, smelled very unpleasant in an overwhelming way. Came in to look at cars and was greeted by her, and her breath and body odor almost took me out. Decided I’d rather keep my old car than smell her through the process.

After sales service is inadequate. Sales personnel changed the date that I signed the paperwork. And... previous owners info was left in the car (this is a privacy violation).
