Professional, great customer service, and great inventory options!
After sales service is inadequate. Sales personnel changed the date that I signed the paperwork. And... previous owners info was left in the car (this is a privacy violation). I can list a few more but you get the point. Edit 1: Sent you an email with email address, etc. Edit 2: The email address you provided did not work. Slow to get processed not just because the system was down but just slow. Several back and forth which they would not move on either my trade or theirs. Salesman worked hard while managers sat in office and laughed and chatted. The customer and other customers waiting for 3 hours now and we are still here and not made it to finance yet. Someone needs to manage this group of folks.
