My go to for all Euro car repairs Exceptional service and good value
I brought my car in for an ERG fault, but the list of recommended parts and repairs from Superior Automotive seemed both unnecessary and overpriced, so I decided to get a second opinion. The other shop resolved the issue with just some lubrication, which left me pretty disappointed with Superior Automotive.
I contacted this workshop to resolve an "engine performance reduced" issue. After an initial diagnosis and a few tests that led nowhere, I was advised to continue with further checks and verifications without a clear direction, essentially proceeding by trial and error until the fault was (hopefully) found. This approach would have meant significant labour costs, with no guarantees, plus additional charges for any repairs once the issue was finally identified. Amazing service from start to finish. Have taken both mine and my partners cars here over their last few services and the team are great. They’ve gone above and beyond to assist me. Helping me get some issues rectified from a previous garage. And relaying their findings to my insurance company for me. Would highly recommend them to anyone 👍
