From the initial booking with Anne for my Alfa and the service process, it was all very smooth. Adam the service advisor was very professional and clearly communicated what was done, also noting what will also be checked at next service. Old school service with modern Tech.

Had my Audi’s timing belt replaced here and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I received a clear and detailed quote via email upfront, which I really appreciated. The mechanic also took the time to thoroughly check everything before handing the car back to ensure it was in safe and good condition. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Highly recommend!

I have been bringing both my car and my wife's car, both European vehicles, to Superior Automotive for over 3 years now and cannot speak highly enough of their service and expertise. I recently had my suspension upgraded, a task which they managed with professionalism and over a third of the cost in comparison to the Dealer. Our young daughter's car was towed from motorway to the boat ramp across from Superior Auto, we called Superior Auto and they couldn't be more helpful in a very stressful situation. They looked at her car at the boat ramp and got it to the shop and repaired it, all in one day. They were really helpful from the minute we called, made us feel much better. Thanks very much guys, much appreciated!
