This place is a joke :/ The first car we bought here was a Jimmy we were told had been thoroughly checked over and was in excellent condition. We had it checked out at our mechanic and were told the repairs would cost upwards of 1300$. After informing superior auto of the problems we were disappointed to hear they would only pay a few hundred $ of the repairs. I got a car from them and made my payment s on time every two weeks and I ask one time to be able to only pay a little on the car and pay the rest next payday and it was ok at first now they are telling me they are going to come take my car if I don't give them money by the end of the business day. What a great company not I won't get another car from them.
My husband broke down in front of this shop and pushed our car into his lot. After a week of changed stories/changed prices (always increasing) and never getting a "straight" answer we decided to take our car elsewhere. When my sister in law showed up to use her AAA and get our car towed he refused to release it claiming we owed for "storage fee's". Despite our paperwork saying "Paid in Full" and verbal communication from the owner stating we would NOT be charged storage fees, my husband left work early to go deal with this ... read more
Been through these people for 3 vehicles and never had a problem till now. Havent even had my vehicle a year and have already had to replace motor and now transmission. Call them for their help and they tack the repair and parts to the back of my payments and raise my weekly payments. Tell them to come get the pos and they are quick to rub in your face that it will b fine but the will auction it off and i will have to pay the difference. Superior Auto gave us a chance when NONE of VANWERTS FINEST STUCK UP LOTS WOULD NOT!!Ha Ha there Loss!!I am proud to say we have bought over 4 cars and paid all the loans off!My most recent a 1996 Ford paid off since 2004 Guess what??? I still have it with 233000 Miles on it. We have made at least 8 plus trips Ohio to Wyoming and only maintence is normal stuff. It is now time to pass my RELIABLE TRUCK onto someone else.So once again I Will RETURN To Superior!! THANK YOU Sandra Sherman
owner is very upfront with pricing and issues with vehicles. doesnt gouge you for labor and parts. very friendly customer service
This company is a rip off, they sell used cars to people which in my case only ran for 2 days. They then sent the car to the Ford dealership to get fixed and I recieved a call from Ford that Superior Auto had taken the car to a junk yard to get the part replaced which was the steering column against their advice because of the saftey risk it provided. I told the company that I wanted to return the car under buyer's remorse and they told me that did not exist in Indiana. I had the car paid up for 6 months in total we were abl... read more
I too bought a car from this company it ran for 4 weeks. They used the same tactic by which I mean they sent my car to a junk yard to get fixed, then they added the cost to fix the car to my loan without asking me if this was okay to do. I will never use this company again and pray that others will not get taken advantage of like I did. This company should really be closed for selling faulty products.
