Called to get an idea on what it would cost to change a part. Apparently you have to give them license plate, Vin number, name, and phone number to make an account for them to later have a guy call back with an estimate. I just wanted an idea what I'd be charged, not create an account, sign up for a monthly subscription, like follow and subscribe before getting an estimate.
So I drove my daughter from Florida to Texas. Towards the middle of the 17 hour drive when I realized my brakes were making a horrible noise that seem to come out of nowhere. We were blessed to make it to her home safely but the next day called Superior, they said bring it up..Now they had come highly recommended and Im a firm believer in it. My brake pads in the front of my truck had eaten up down to the rotors so of course I needed them replaced right away as Im driving back home.They were kind, informative and did the job... read more
I cannot say enough good things about this company! They’re always up front and honest with me if my car doesn’t actually need something rather than just taking my money! They’re quick, triple check their work and are so kind!
