Honest! – Superior Auto Repair is great! They are an honest and friendly and I trust them with my car. The work they do is always done correct and they never try to oversell me on things I dont need.
Superior as their name suggests – Their service was superior as their name suggests. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Every question i asked received an answer. They did every bit of the work on my car on time like i was promised. And not only that they diagnosed other problems i was unaware of and offered suggestions to solve. Their prices were very budget friendly. If only every business was run as well as this one it would make life much more simple.
expect to deal w/ professional mechanics' – friendly employees w/ a professional environment. i do suggest u revise ur vehicle b4 and after dropping it off and picking up. any concerns pls bring them to managements attention.
superior = great customer service and prices to boot! – Proffesionalism and honesty are hard to find when dealing in the automotive industry but I now have a machanic for life! Shawn, heather and toby helped and blessed our family so much they will never understand how greatfull we are to have found this place. Will definitively continue to use Superior Auto Repair. – My husband & I used Toby as our mechanic when he was in Azle and while it was far to go to Burleson we decided to follow him to Superior. We took our GranPrix in to have the sunroof repaired and while there Toby gave the car a once over and brought it to my attention that my inspection sticker was already out of date. Luckily, Superior does inspections and I was able to get the inspection done at Superior instead of having to go somewhere else. Thanks for your service... read more
What a relief to have a repair shop that you can TRUST!!!!!! – What a relief to have a repair shop that you can trust! I'd read the positive reviews and just took my old Jeep to Superior Auto Repair since it was making a noise that wasn't making me happy. They went well out of their way to explain the causes of the problem, the most economically sensible approach to the problem, and offered polite but non-pushy warnings on some other issues. Outstandng Auto Repair – We first used Superior Auto Repair when our Suburban broke down about 60 miles away from our home. We initially thought the rear end had gone out. We had it towed to Superior. Alan checked it out and we were very pleased when he notified us that it was a problem in the rear brakes that would only cost about $125 to repair. AWESOME!!! I am very impressed !! Not your everyday Auto Repair – I have a 1985 Chevy Monte Carlo SS, 2005 Chevy 1500 Silverado, & 1995 Nissan Sentra. I have had all of them worked on at superior auto. I had them build me a 383 stroker performance engine for my monte, Rebuild the transmission in my pick up, and a Head Gasket on my Sentra. This place is WONDERFUL! – Great Customer Service! I went to Superior Auto for an oil change expecting to get the same run around that auto mechanics always give. However I was suprised when the owner himself helped me! He was prompt and knowledgeable. He did advise me of some preventative maintence however were never pushy and when I got home I checked the factory recommendations for maintence and they were dead on.I will definately be back.
