Everyone was very helpful and understanding
For over two years I've been paying on the vehicle I got from them on time. Have had multiple issues (Fuse box melted, transmission blew, wheel bearings out, towing costs) and i have covered it all WHILE making my payments. If I could give this place negative stars I would never missed a payment never been late even pay early sometimes. But you can’t be late because they said even 1 day late they will come get it. They send rude text and calls. Didn’t have the van for a couple months and fuses went out then a year after the transmission went out all paid out of pocket because there warranty is crap and you can never use it! I financed my 2014 Hyundai Sonata through Superior Auto, and while I’ve always appreciated the car’s comfort, design, and reliability reputation, my personal experience has unfortunately been the opposite. As soon as I purchased it, I had to replace the head gasket and other small components. Shortly after, the entire engine had to be replaced at a cost of $5,000, followed by the A/C compressor that just went out.
