I will never get a vehicle through Superior Auto again. They lied to me about their insurance saying that all I had to have is my name on another vehicles insurance and I could purchase insurance through them never did she tell me that it was Gap insurance she was rushing things due to it almost being closing time. Hello on 09/12/2025 I had an appointment with Heather because I got approved for a 2018 dodge grand caravan, and she was multi tasking like I haven’t seen. She got me in and explained everything really well. She is a very beautiful lady and very knowledgeable what work she does. She is friendly as well, I want to thank HEATHER so much for the kindness , honesty, and being patient while I was getting other stuff done for her , thanks again heather your the best god bless you and your family.

If you think there is no hope try anyways, you may still be approved. Warranty included to put your mind at ease. I love my new ride and the people at Superior Auto in Warsaw. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience!
