I have always been on time with my payments. Just like clockwork I was in every Friday to make my payment. When I got my vehicle from Superior they made all kinds of promises that they did not keep. For instance one of the things that drew me to them was their willingness to help at the time. Always stating that they put the customers needs first. Than it happens and I need a payment arrangement. I always pay my car note and I always pay more than what is required. James was a very professional and helpful salesperson. Despite them not having what I was looking for (which is very limiting, I'll admit), he got on the phone with a contact and sent me somewhere else that can accommodate my specifications. Not many sales people will look past the dollar sign and put the consumer's needs first, but James did. I'd recommend anyone to come here.
