The day of my daughter’s funeral they called at the funeral and I told them I was at my daughter’s funeral and they still wanted to talk. As soon as I got home they called me and was coming to get my car and I am only one day late. The most inconsiderate and no compassion people I have ever met. Horrible team and customer service. And this does not include the new GM.

I would not recommend Superior Auto in Sidney to anyone. My experience has been extremely frustrating from the beginning. Just three days after purchasing my vehicle, I started having problems with it. Instead of telling me to bring the vehicle back so they could inspect it, I was told to contact the warranty company myself. As a customer, I expected the dealership to help guide me through the process instead of leaving me to figure everything out on my own. HORRIBLE experience. Do yourself a massive favor and steer clear. The new corporate management has completely ruined any standard of service, turning this place into a nightmare. Trying to sort out billing issues is a dead end because you can’t even speak with anyone willing to help resolve the problems. Even if you feel like you have no other options, keep looking. Doing 'business' here is a guaranteed headache that you will regret.
