Although my car has been great. Any time I have had to call, the lady is always hateful. Today she raised her voice over me confirming I would get my referral money. She needs to realize who keeps her employed. Simply stating it will go on your account, does not explain if it goes on as a car payment or just an additional amount off your loan. They’ll work with you
Went there to look at cars and they were a complete and total joke. They kept telling us oh you just need this, you just need a co buyer, etc. then I get everything and they denied me and said sorry there was nothing they could do. Even though they told me a million times just bring this in and you’re good to go! If you need a good vehicle go to Russ Hubler here in New Castle
