Couldn't find a google review to do this. Superiorauto is awful, I got a car from here, not even 1 year later, engine broke. After the next year, transmission broke. After that year cylinders are broken. I paid mainly with car, 40,000+ for the car. They will not cover any of this on your first year, they will only give you a so called "warranty" for less than 5,000$ and nothing more. Great customer service and I will recommend people to come there because if they gave me a good experience, they should give someone else a excellent experience same there is an accident all worked well together. It’s a very great environment.
I have purchased at least 3 vehicles from Superior Auto and I can say they have never steered me wrong. My Ford Explorer lasted several years, and the Chevy Canyon lasted me years also. If a deer hadn't killed my Canyon I'd be still driving it. That is the reason I came back to Superior, to purchase my next vehicle. Never a hassel with this company. Thank you Superior Auto. Nicole at the Superior Auto Angola location is phenomenal. Customer service was top notch. Nicole was honest and respectful. She gave me all the information I needed to get in a vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about every vehicle on the lot. It really was a great experience, and I HIGHLY recommend seeing Nicole at Superior Auto if you are looking for an affordable, clean vehicle.

Superior Auto sold my family a faulty car and then refused to fix it for 6 weeks(still making us pay for it, $350 every two weeks) and while we were waiting on a call back from their regional Manager about these issues, they just came and picked up the car and did not offer any explanation. I would never ever recommend Superior Auto to anyone, they would get 0 stars if I could. DO NOT TRUST THEM
Coming from a former employee, Superior Auto doubles the price of their vehicles they buy from the auction. And if your vehicle messes up after 3 days of purchasing, you have to pay for the repair yourself! If your are 1 day late on your payment, they will come and repo your vehicle. And if you want to work for Jen in Madisonville, make sure you never go above and beyond to help her out and make her feel like you're doing her job because she will FIRE YOU IN A HEARTBEAT! Beware!!!!! Tracy is a very shady lady!! Lying comes just as natural as breathing to some of these women. They illegally repossessed a vehicle, wrecked it and said nothing, then canceled a payment and repossessed it again. When Tracy was asked on a recorded line she admitted to canceling and lying then hung up on me multiple times. Where to begin first of all when you call they hang up on you. Then you tell them your whole house has covid and is quarantined so you can't make a payment or go to work to make money to make that payment. They come to a quarintined house and knock on the door to repo a car and want you to pay for the tow truck because your not allowed to leave.
