If I could I wouldn't leave a star period. They sold us a Ford explorer that had transmission problems and they just put saw dust to cover the problem. Then when WE called and told them to come get the vehicle due to the issues they didn't want to and when they finally did they have for over a month called and texted us despite being told to stop calling us and texting us because we didn't want the vehicle back. After 3.5 years we ended up trading in the car we bought at Superior Auto for a new car. It was still running with no issues when we traded it in. The dealership was "ok" at the time we bought it- AJ is/was great. We locked our key in the car years back and he quickly came over to help out. I'm not sure when Stephanie started but she has been phenomenal throughout the trade-in process. Very helpful and responsive. Set up autopay and you'll be fine. edit: stephanie is extremely unprofessional and immature! lies to you and will leave you with a dirty car with a broken transmission and/or engine to get her sales bonuses, make sure to take it to a mechanic before you get stuck with their lemons, no wonder turn over is so high here *all of a sudden*, manger gets to do whatever they want
