After 3.5 years we ended up trading in the car we bought at Superior Auto for a new car. It was still running with no issues when we traded it in. The dealership was "ok" at the time we bought it- AJ is/was great. We locked our key in the car years back and he quickly came over to help out. edit: stephanie is extremely unprofessional and immature! lies to you and will leave you with a dirty car with a broken transmission and/or engine to get her sales bonuses, make sure to take it to a mechanic before you get stuck with their lemons, no wonder turn over is so high here *all of a sudden*, manger gets to do whatever they want
Stephanie smith was totally amazing to work with! She didn’t give up til she got us the car and the deal that we wanted. Would absolutely recommend working with her.
