Went here last min after an appt with my husband for brakes and rotors. Little did we know we also had to do a few more other things!. We got the parts at AutoZone but they weren't the right size :(. Anais was very helpful & patient while hubby went back to autozone to exchange the parts, during the WHOLE process she kept us up to date with everything that was needed. I love bringing my car here! Everyone is trustworthy and easy to work with. I appreciate that I can either bring my own parts or have them sourced them. This flexibility is fantastic, and I can always trust them to do a great job and be honest about any issues with my car. Owning an older car from 2002, I don't expect it to be brand new after service, let's be realistic, there will always be an issue here and there, but I always leave knowing it's been well taken care of by them, again, they are trustworthy. Unfortunately, please do not go to this place. Especially Rikers island or DOC Corrections. When you bring them a part, they'll fix it but also mess with something else and claim that its your fault. I bought a AC compressor. In order to put that in, you have to take out tension belt and the serpent belt. But when I get the car back. The car sounds fine. But when you drive it, it vibrates, I go to the mechanic and he's very disrespectful not trying to hear me. And don't want to work with me to replace the part. Please beware... read more
