Thieving lying criminals
If I could give less than a star I would. Worst company in this town with the worst tow truck drivers. I won’t go into details but no moral compass there at all and the old lady running the show quite possible has a spot in hell reserved.
Got my car towed and the door on their shop says Saturday by appointment so I called to try to make one and the lady tells me no they’re closed until Tuesday and proceeded to tell me a list of the charges $145 tow $10 for no insurance $15 for something else and $45 a day so I asked if I could pay for it Atleast over the phone so the charges didn’t keep adding up and she said no, so I said..I’m just SOL and just be stuck paying the extra $180 and she said yes....I asked if I could get my phone and wallet out of the car and sh... read more
I hit a deer while visiting from California. Dianne and staff were fantastic and helped us get a rental while they had my vehicle in the shop. A job that was to take 7-8 working days took 5. The workmanship is excellent and we were treated with respect and kindness. Thank you, Superior Auto...I would recommend you to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.
Awful just awful! The owner and her assistant are very rude and take from people's vehicles. My elderly grandmother got in an accident and when she went to get personal belongings they told her no she wasn't because they can't let you get anything out... Not even her purse and important papers needed. A report to the state is being made and in the process. Good Luck people.
You’d be pretty stupid to come to these thieves, they’ll steal from your car n act like it was your fault!!
My family and I were driving into Great Falls during a whiteout with slippery roads and travel speeds no more than about 35-40 mph. We were driving along at a safe speed and some dude came up on us and decided it was necessary to pass a line of cars, as the truck went bye i noticed it was a tow truck pulling a car causing zero visibility while traveling In The opposite lane.
