2016 Jeep rubicon tricked out....This is the absolute most unprofessional, chaotic business I have EVER interacted with. Greg never calls, they overbilled my insurance, Purchased unneeded parts, purchased incorrect parts, horrible customer service and 6 months later, still trying to get my Jeep fixed! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
I was in a fender bender on 2/14 which was not my fault. I took my car into Superior on 2/15 and it was done on 2/16! I was not able to pick up that evening and tbey were closed over the weekend but they let me keep my car there over the weekend with the extra charge! They dealt with everything including the insurance claim and had me in a rental car within 30 minutes of being there! I had body work there. I was told it would take a week to get the parts, it took two. I was told one week to do it, and it took two. There was also a problem with the key, might have lost it but wouldn't say. Now two hubcaps have paint on them, so it needs to be fixed.
very unprofessional. took car in for appraisal. it was looked at for 5 min and said would get back which i knew by the attitude i would probably not hear back. i can only assume they did not have the knowledge to deal with the repair. very flakey
I picked up my van last night and was very pleased with the results of their work. Thank you, Superior for waiting the extra minutes for me to get there and the wonderful job on my car and for washing it. Very pleased.
I have known these people for over 40 years. They are the best. PERIOD. If you want your car to look like it did before any damage this is the place. It might take them a bit longer but you will be happy in the end. Great place.
I have been going here since 2001. This is the only shop I will take me vehicles to. Honest, trustworthy , excellent work and GREAT employees and customer service. They will help you with rental reservations too
