Bought a great SUV at a great price..live 2hrs from dealership..2 wks later .still under 30 day warranty, drivers side window motor went..was told it was ordered 5 weeks ago..still nothing..not sure what to think.I trusted Brittney, many calls ignored..no motor.

VERY FAIR DEALERSHIP… UPDATE: Ran into issues with Strut mounts. Slight rattling, nothing crazy but needed to be addressed. Superior Auto reached out to their repair shop to schedule a time to come in. They replaced the entire strut on BOTH sides. The dealer paid for 75% of the repairs and I paid the remainder. I was happy with that seeing how the dealer was under no obligation to fix. And both sides were done when only one was required. My experience here has been a good one. Most communication done via Facebook Messenger, super convenient for me. The vehicle was exactly as advertised, clean, and inspected. I was given the car for a roadtrip without pressure to buy. They were reasonable on pricing, meeting me where I needed to be for the purchase. After the sale they’ve been responsive to questions about the car. Replies within the hour. So far, GREAT experience and I’m super happy with the vehicle. Will update is this changes.
Purchased my first SUV from Superior Autos and it’s been excellent! Joey and Brittany are wonderful people who went above and beyond for me. Good experience.
