I only rate 4 just because the parts co sent incorrect part which delayed repair by an extra day. Otherwise Asan was absolutely great!
Amazing service! I called late at night, and the very next morning I had a technician at my door. He was professional, friendly, and quickly diagnosed the problem. By the following day, my freezer was fixed and working perfectly! I’m very happy with the fast and reliable service and would definitely recommend them!
They were great. Ordered the part and we’re back in a couple days to install. Alerted me to a small leak under my sink I would not have noticed otherwise.
