My brand new chest freezer I purchased about a month ago from Superior Appliance stopped working. Imagine my surprise when everything inside was thawed out. I called Superior right away. It was 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. By 4:00 someone was at my house to look at the freezer. They determined the freezer was nonfunctional and decided to swap mine out with a new one.
