Company does not Bill properly. Also will not re-bill to fix their own mistakes. The Service Bill's client Over a Year later, with Surprise Billing,which is Against the Law in ILLINOIS,and now in the United States as well. Rather than trying to work at Fixing the Problem ,They turn the Bill over to a Collection Agency. To FORCE the Client to Pay, what was Offered to be paid by the Insurance company.
Seems like a bunch of incompetent individuals that work here. They drive their ambulance like it's a race car with no sirens on. I can only imagine how they are with their patients in the ambulance.
Wonderful driving not even therir sirens on and tailgating. The ratings make sense
This company is the most horrific company. They will not tell you they can refuse to accept insurance. You can't get through to anyone in billing despite 2 separate 20 minute holds. Then when I called another way I got someone who would not listen to everything I had to say, then told me they can refuse insurance payments, and that insurance had to contact them about billing errors, but they also refuse to respond to insurance requests for more information about a charge.
