Horrible!!! I got changed $4500.00 for them transporting me without my approval or without letting me know that if my insurance doesnt pay over $500 I’m responsible for the rest. What ambulance service charges that much it’s insane! Nothing was done for me I would have been better off taking an uber!
I’m a hospice nurse and am in awe of your employees. I wish I would have remembered the 3 ladies name! They were so wonderful with the new admission from the hospital in Oak Park. They stayed at the patient’s apartment with me until the patients oxygen concentrator arrived. They were all so kind throughout the whole process. It really helped make the situation so much calmer and peaceful!! I appreciate them so much and have never met any EMS as kind!!! I would give 100 stars if I could!
We just used Superior Ambulance service to transport my father from a small hospital in Wayne, MI to a rehab hospital in Chelsea, MI. His blood pressure was too high for transport at first. The EMS providers were very patient and kind, kept my dad calm and waited for meds to take effect before trying BP again. Can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and kindness. A stark and welcome difference from the care he had been getting. Thank you!!
The team of Derrick L and Izzy provided the most compassionate and professional care for my husband this evening. It is very hard to put your trust in health care professionals sometimes but from the moment they arrived to do a hospital to hospital transport , I felt confident that they would take good care of him. When I met them at the hospital he was in good condition. Thank you Derrick and Izzy- job well done!
Brittany and Kelly you two are awesome!!! I just want to express how much I appreciate these two ladies that helped my dad! You’ll never understand how much the way you treated my dad meant to me!
