I think it’s gross that the ambulance unloads their medical waist at local gas stations leaving soiled gloves for gas station employees to clean up. For as much as people pay for an ambulance rides, I find it hard to believe you can’t use the hospital medical waist bins or god forbid pay for a disposal service of your own.
Heartbroken at the lack of care and respect they showed my mom While transporting her from Munster community Hospital across the street to Hartsfield rehab. They picked up my 80-year-old mother who just fell and broke her hip and had a hip replacement and suffering from pneumonia and drove her out to the Whiting/Hammond area to drop someone else off while she was strapped into a wheelchair on a 95° day on pain meds with blood pressure issues and no way to contact anyone.
