Heartbroken at the lack of care and respect they showed my mom While transporting her from Munster community Hospital across the street to Hartsfield rehab. They picked up my 80-year-old mother who just fell and broke her hip and had a hip replacement and suffering from pneumonia and drove her out to the Whiting/Hammond area to drop someone else off while she was strapped into a wheelchair on a 95° day on pain meds with blood pressure issues and no way to contact anyone. The paramedics that showed up to help my father early this morning were kind and sympathetic. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. Thank you!
If they are charging for services due to an accident they are basically stealing from people because they have contracts with the township to provide services of treatments and transportation to hospitals from accident scenes they are already paid for this service for 24 hours 7 days a week for almost 100'000 a month
LESS THAN ONE STAR - Greedy and Predatory!! It is incredible that this company preys on elderly people like my 102 year old grandfather. He fell in his bedroom, my 100 year old grandmother called 911 to get him checked and back in bed. The minimum Roll On Charge is $900!!! Medicare does not cover 911 Response….. Just showing up and helping him into bed twice is $1800 for my grandmother to pay. Shame on you NOY VERY Superior Ambulance!!!
