I wanted to give a huge shoutout and sincere thank you to the two awesome EMT’s that came to my home and took care of me on the way to the ER! I don’t know their names unfortunately but I will never forget their support, knowledge and kindness!!! You really helped a terrified old lady to calm down and never once made me feel embarrassed only cared for - thank you!
EMT was very rude on New Years Day 2026 3pm...Didn't get his name blonde hair blonde beard sir work on your bedside manner..Caring for the sick you should have some level of compassion & professionalism ..The way you snatched the paperwork from the other emt(heavier guy very nice & pleasant) was distasteful & disgusting ...I hope you work on yourself for the new year ..Shame on you
little education: Medicare only pays pennies of a bill, the rest must be written off. Just received a bill from January 2024 for $2500 for my father’s transport. When my mother, knowing Medicare MUST be billed within a certain time frame for payment, called the billing office and asked why Medicare didn’t pay, the “supervisor” said “because we just sent this to Medicare a few months ago and they denied it, we are privately owned and don’t have to follow the rules of Medicare”.
