After many years as a loyal Superior alarm customer, I felt that it is past time to share my recent experience with them. For roughly 20 years, I have needed to call many times as various components of the system fails, and needs to be replaced, which is understandable over time. The issue is that the owner, Bruce, likes to take advantage of his customers by substantially overcharging them.
