By far the worst insurance agency i have ever had to deal with. Every month I have to call to get a new COI for an Arts and Crafts show, and every month I spend hours trying to get someone on the phone. It takes an entire day sometimes two to get someone on the phone. Do not use this company if you are going to need a certificate of insurance for anything.

I have had this insurance for about 3 years. The customer service is very poor. I was on hold for over an hour. I called several times with no answer. I went to the web site for help but it is not working. I have an active policy and need a copy , no luck.i went back to the rep that help me when i renewed but she still could not send me a copy. I was directed to the same number and web site with no results or response. They have great prices but bad customer service!!!!!!!

Not worth it! I have Requested a cancellation and a refund for the unused two months and, they don’t want to refund me even though I paid for the service in advance. I called them a week before my next month starts. They state it’s their policy not to refund even though i paid ahead. Still waiting for a phone call from their escalations team and it’s been two weeks. Horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Cancelled account and continued to get charged. Despite not using site they refused to refund me. I thought it would be useful, but access wasn't helpful in gaining good markets. Would not recommend.
