I have been using this service for two years this year 2025. I called to find out when they’re gonna blow out my sprinklers. I called them several times in October and in November finally, I got an appointment for November 20. They never showed up very poor service. I do not recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with this sprinkler company. They constantly reschedule both the spring turn-on and the fall blow-out every single year. The excuse is always that “the tech has an emergency.” Do they only have ONE technician? A blow-out takes ten minutes, yet somehow they can never keep an appointment. Because of their repeated delays last fall, my system wasn’t blown out in time and I ended up with damage to my sprinkler manifold and multiple pipes, most likely from freezing temperatures. I don’t understand how this company has such high ratings. My experience was extremely disappointing and felt dishonest. I asked for a basic service check, and the technicians quickly pointed out a small issue. Instead of giving a reasonable repair option, they immediately quoted me several thousand dollars. Within minutes, the estimate escalated to an even higher figure, and then they suggested replacing the entire system for an even more outrageous amount. Thankfully, I decided not to proceed. I am not a new customer of Super Green Irrigation. They have been maintaining my sprinkler system for years and I’ve had to do numerous repairs, as well. They are friendly, responsible, and knowledgeable. I had a sink hole in my front yard and could not determine the cause. They found a tiny leak underground that had been caused by a real estate sign on my lawn from years ago thank you Super Green diagnosing a very serious situation.
