5 stars for the result. Brilliant quality and the installation guys clearly took pride in their work and exercised a lot of care and skill. However, the communication and significant delay in completing the job was very stressful. In the end - a great end result and hopefully replacement of staff will mitigate the issues for future customers.
I was promised 3 weeks delivery after paying in full. It’s now been 7 weeks and I have phoned and emailed repeatedly only to be told the products were faulty so reordered, now this week to be told it’s delayed in a container … they never answer the phone and by message have offered A very insignificant gift card. I would have received more in interest if the money was in the bank. Our fence and gate project was like a study in Murphy's law. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. From fundamental design flaws, multiple incorrect components, poor customer service, and hare-brained solutions at every turn, we experienced it all during our 12 month ordeal with Supergates. We got through it largely by sheer determination and problem-solving on our end. Despite the good reviews, if you're considering any kind of non-trivial DIY project, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
Installers scratched the gate on install It is now rusting They said they would replace gave me two dates never got back to me
I am glad to have chosen SuperGates for my gates as they have been excellent. The staff have been friendly from admin Sophie, Phoebe & Kelly, to on-site quotation by Chris and installation preparation by Wayne. Easy to write a good review for this company as very satisfied. All good. Highly recommend. Peter
