If I could this coming a negative 5 star rating I would! Communication was disgusting, they are quick to take your money! We ordered our gate in August and it was installed 2 weeks ago! We had to constantly contact them to find out what is going on, they would give us a date that date would come around and nothing! One of the worst companies to deal with!
Ordered fence kit last year for delivery before Xmas. Now February still no fence. Will not answer phone or return emails. I wouldn’t recommend them on this alone.
Do not buy from Supergates. Communication was poor from the start, and the workmanship and aftercare have been disappointing. The gate has already started showing signs of rust, which is unacceptable given how recently it was installed.
