All the team were very helpful and its a great installation
Maybe we were unlucky, as apart from the sales service at the start (which was good) the rest was just a nightmare. We hit one problem after another, their communication was poor to say the least. Lots of apologies and promises - which just became frustrating when they still didn’t do things right. All my dealings with staff were first class. Needed a bit of concreting to finish a fantastic job, and the gates are and look great
Not good. Placed my order & made payment on 24/3/25 and it is now 8/5/25 and my order has still not been completed let alone shipped, despite several follow up phone calls & email. Constantly being told that they are awaiting parts to come back from powder coating, despite the fact that my order is for standard fencing panels in a standard colour.
