I was promised 3 weeks delivery after paying in full. 95% of the experience with Supergates has been appalling. No surprises that to the point of sale their communication was pretty good and fluid but from the moment I paid the invoice there has been zero customer service. The only reason this isn't a 1star is because the product is actually decent and fairly priced, but the "service" part of the business is diabolical. To be honest, super gates have been absolutely useless. Bought a Custom swing gate From them three months ago that I am currently unable to use due to them getting the measurements wrong (twice). I had a phone call from one of their team members Who apologised and advised he would have the gate manufactured and then installed That weekdue to the inconvenience. 5 stars for the result. Brilliant quality and the installation guys clearly took pride in their work and exercised a lot of care and skill. However, the communication and significant delay in completing the job was very stressful. In the end - a great end result and hopefully replacement of staff will mitigate the issues for future customers. Unfortunately, when there is misleading or inaccurate communication, people feel like they have no other option and this is how litigation starts... And NO ONE wants that- not Super Gat... read more
