We were promised an 8 to 9 week lead time, but 14 weeks later we are still waiting and now told it will be another 4 weeks before installation. I have called and emailed so many times, yet Supergates claims they haven’t received any messages. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand as poor communication and inaccurate lead times seem to be ongoing issues. I live and work in Queensland and only use supergates for all of my fit outs, the office girls are fantastic, communication is excellent and they also get the time frame and shipping on point!
Really impressed with the team at Supergates. We had Nathan come out to look at the job for us, his communication was on point and they delivered to the timelines which were promised from the beginning.
Excellent company to deal with even though they seem to be very busy at present. Particular shout out to the works scheduler Brad who has been very accommodating to my requests.
Following on from what appears to be an IT issue with the tracking information the Supergates team have worked hard to chase up my order. Yes it was delayed but the issue has been resolved. We are very much looking forward to our new Hampton gates arriving shortly. Thanks Phoebe for your help.
