Excellent place to get big, cut and shaped - only good people and very friendly atmosphere, good machines and a lot of space. Needless to say - very motivating as well! And there are no lines to the equipment...
LOVE my trainer, Beth. She is helping me so much with my bone density issues. I feel stronger each week!! Great machines here, too.
