They are perfectly sized meals that I don't have to prepare every morning. Now instead of leftovers or some microwave something out of a box, I have hot, nutritious meals that vary from day to day and week to week.
This food is awesome and helps keep me on track with a healthy diet. Highly recommend for the person on the go!
