I’ve been very skeptical about getting meal prep because I am such a picky eater. I was worried things would have no taste. My brother convinced me to try Superfit and I am very impressed! Everything so far has been so great! love them!! Look forward to eating them!

Food is very clean and lean doesn’t matter the style you pick. Staff is very friendly and professional. They will accommodate to how often you want your meals. Better the fitlife foods and get more bang for you buck as far as the portion of your meals.
Good option for busy parents to stay on track with eating healthy while being busy. Food has all been delicious. Thank you for making my life easier!!
They are fantastic to work with regarding dietary restrictions!!!!! Not having to think about meal prepping is a life saver
I really struggle with getting my daily veggies because I really don’t like them but the way they do them is perfect. They are cooked to perfection so when they are reheated at home they come out just right. Every dish is quite tasty start to finish and I’ve lost weight since I started the program without any other changes. Can’t say enough about this. Love it!!
Started my first week of meals this week and I already am in love! Delicious and affordable! So glad I finally decided to give Superfit a try!
I’m in my third week of superfit foods and I have zero complaints so far. Their team is super responsive to emails and questions and the food is terrific. I have used meal prep companies here in Jax before, but SFF is so much better and more fresh. I will be suggesting them to everyone I know
