It's a good burger but would never pay full price for $8 it's kind of extreme for a smashburger glad I got buy one get one free
Great veggie burger, quick and kind service! Shoutout to the employee who was working the drive through window around 12:15PM on 8/14/26 - they took the time to figure out what the veggie burger patty was made out of for me. Really sweet, seemed to go the extra mile, and I loved his cool leather jacket!
Drove through a few times. I like to bring cash because then they don't know how to ask for a tip. Expecting a 18-29% tip on each transaction seems predetotory. The rude kids at the drive through so eager to pass your their tip tablet get so offended if I pay with cash and don't tip. I actually had to wait while these passive aggressive teenagers got over their tempter tantrum to get my one single burger. What ever happened to polite customer service? Tip you for what?
Consistently consistent. I won’t even try In-n-Out. Can’t get enough of the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The employees are always delightful.
I came in today to try their Burger Week special. The cashier was wearing gloves, touched the order screen, and took my cash. They grabbed a drink cup and used that cup to scoop ice into, their fingers now touching the ice. The cashier's thumb pressed the inside of my drink lid as they separated one from the stack.
