The staff at West Roxbury are the best! My visit this time was for my 90 yr old grandmother. The lady who had done her hair, did a fantastic job and was very nice to help her. We made a reservation and it was a pleasant experience.
Made an appointment for my six-year-old and waited an hour for them to start cutting his hair. There is no acknowledgment of us having to wait or even an update on how long. I gave the feedback that they should let people know about how long it would be waiting because if I had known it would be an hour I would not have waited. Then the stylist did very little to even try to engage with my son and was clearly frustrated that he was wiggly, but he’s six so of course if he waited an hour, he would be wiggly.
