I took my son there today for a haircut and the stylist cut my son hair with the clippers and the back of his ear was bleeding! The stylist Lumi tried to deny that she cut my son ear...The manager in return tells me it happens!!! I am so disgusted by this incident! Not once did anyone say I am sorry or apologize! Needless to say they lost me as a client!
