I usually go to an expensive hair salon that wants $75 For a simple long-haired trim. So I took a chance and went to Supercuts Jenn not only did a nice job in cutting my hair, she noticed that my hair was dry and spent the time looking up the name of the best hair mask, even having me take a picture so I wouldn’t forget. I can’t tell you what a difference the product has made on my hair. Which begs the question, why, after going to this other person, did she never bother to recommend treatment? My experience was not the best. Partly my fault for coming in 20 minutes before closing but I asked if it was possible to get a haircut before closing because I didn’t want to keep them and the hairstylist looked bothered and told me it was fine. She cut my hair way too fast, I was in the chair for 5 minutes and my hair looks a tad uneven. I will not be returning to this location.

The shampoo that I came in for was great - and I put the $11 charge on my card and gave Jenn a $3.00 tip (which I hoped was a generous appreciation of her work)..The next day I saw on my online credit card bill that there had been an error of some sort with a $24 charge instead of the $11 "shampoo only" charge. I had no extra services beyond a comb out and slight blow dry for my shampoo. I believed there must have been an error in the computer - except this is the second time this has happened with Jenn. I’ve been coming to Supercuts off and on for years, but I’ve always been a little hesitant to become a regular because of the high turnover. This visit completely changed that. Chisa was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to listen to what I wanted, made sure I was comfortable, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy with my haircut.
