I went in on Saturday 10-8-2020 about 3:30. Lucas told me they were booked for the day and were not taking anymore haircuts. He was rude, this is a walk in cut & go place. I asked to speak to a manager he said " we never have management on weekends". I have been going to this Supercuts for years & the last few times if I go on a Saturday & have to deal with him it's a disaster. He is rude and unprofessional.
